Sephora Colorful Palette Jean Attitude N02

I’ve recently added the blue smoky eye to my list of all-time favorite makeup looks. It allows me to take a much needed break from my usual dark gray and black eyeshadows without sacrificing intensity.

In the past I’ve used the Dior 5 Color Eyeshadow – Twilight 140 set, which worked great. Its price of $54– not so great. So I decided to try Sephora’s Colorful Palette Jean Attitude N02, which costs $24.

I’m quite happy with the results that the Sephora blue shadow palette provided. I used the medium blue (second from the top) all over my lid and the sparkly dark blue to line the crease and lash lines. I finished by highlighting the brow bone and tear duct with the white shadow. Check out the photo below for the result.

I want to mention that the Jean Attitude palette works very well with water. If you plan to use any of the colors to line your eyes, I recommend that you use an eyeliner brush dipped in water to apply it.

My only complaint would be the fact that in order to get visible results, I had to use several heavy layers of shadow. In fact, now that I look at the photo, I wish that the glittery blue in the crease would be still a bit smokier.
